We started working with Crisis on the ‘Crisis at Christmas’ campaign in 2007, when we first developed the ‘reserve a place’ proposition.
When the campaign started it consisted of 1m cold direct mail, 40k warm direct mail, 37 press adverts and 1.5m inserts.
Income was £2m.
Over 15 years we worked with Crisis to successfully grow the campaign into an award winning integrated campaign, widely recognised as one of the best mass marketing charity campaigns.
Crisis at Christmas delivers great results, including achieving break even on cold door drop, insert and direct mail activity.
In 2022, our final year working with Crisis on the Christmas campaign, income was in excess of £24m.
